This is our wonderful creation of the art mural which can be found at the entrance of the school!!
Rooms 1, 2, 10 and 11 have been working collaboratively during term 3 by working on their art mural. The theme was around Being a New Zealander and linking it to what it means in Oaklands School and making connections with the CARE values. The year 6's were great buddy classes who worked collaboratively with the year 3's during the whole art process. We as teachers saw a lot of communication, respect, excellence and active thinking. This art mural is a true reflection of the effort the students put into making this a fantastic piece of art!
